Suppliers

Stop waiting on long payment terms

You've delivered the work. Turn the invoice into working capital now, without taking on a conventional loan or pledging property.

  • Cash tied to sales, not collateral

Funding limits grow with the invoices you issue to strong buyers.

  • One number, agreed upfront

Your profit amount is fixed in riyals at signing and never compounds.

  • Fund one invoice or many

No minimum monthly volume and no long-term commitment.

How the financing stays Shariah-compliant

Ethical cash flow without riba. We don't discount your invoices. Your financing is handled through a transparent, separate sale contract with a fixed profit.

  • Real trade only

Each invoice must represent goods or services actually delivered, in a permissible sector.

  • Profit fixed at signing

The profit is a set riyal amount in the sale contract. It doesn't grow if the buyer pays late.

  • No penalty interest

Any late-payment charge goes to charity under the Shariah board's supervision, never to us.

  • Independent oversight

Contracts and transactions are approved and audited by our Shariah supervisory board.

  • Invoices issued to established companies or government entities, due within 30 to 180 days
  • Goods or services in a Shariah-permissible sector
  • Six months of bank statements from a Saudi bank account

Questions businesses ask us

Is this a loan?

No conventional loan is involved. You receive funding through a Murabaha sale contract with a fixed profit, and you appoint us to collect the invoice on your behalf. Repayment comes from your buyer's payment.

Why don't you just buy the invoice at a discount?

Most Shariah scholars and standard-setting bodies treat selling a receivable for less than its face value as riba. Separating the financing contract from the collection arrangement avoids that.

What happens if my buyer pays late?

The profit amount stays exactly as agreed. We follow up with the buyer as your collection agent. If a late-payment charge applies under your contract, it's paid to charity under Shariah board supervision.

Will my buyer know I'm using Factoring Valley?

Yes. Our standard product asks the buyer to pay into a dedicated collection account, so they're notified. Ask us about confidential arrangements for larger, established relationships.

What are the fees?

A processing fee, shown as a percentage of the invoice, and the fixed Murabaha profit. Both appear in riyals in your offer. There are no account or subscription fees.

Can I finance invoices to government entities?

Yes, subject to verification of the contract and payment terms. Government invoices often have longer terms, so check the 180-day maximum.
